Overview of our business and features
We excel at machining aerospace parts, and particularly at machining titanium, Inconel, and other difficult-to-machine materials, with the technology that we have been cultivating by designing and manufacturing molds. Moreover, we have introduced one 2.5 m × 5 m five-face machining center and two simultaneous five-axis machining centers, which enables us to machine difficult-to-cut materials. Please do not hesitate to consult us if you have issues with machining difficult-to-cut materials with complicated shapes. We are confident that we can help. Our main equipment includes Okuma (MCR-BII, MILLAC1000VH, and VMP-16) and Makino (A77, A88, and MCB1713) machining centers, and Mitsutoyo (Bright Apex 1220) 3D measuring instruments.
Overview of main products and technologies
We machine aerospace parts, design and manufacture various molds, design, manufacture and install precision jigs and tools, machine precision parts, and design and manufacture testing and research equipment and wind tunnel models. We supply high-precision parts with complex 3D shapes, and also wire-cut items, machined NC electrodes, and other products.
Message from the CEO (efforts to develop sales channels in the future, how we will use J-GoodTech, etc.)
We have been manufacturing aerospace parts since 1973, when we were contracted to machine aircraft parts made of titanium alloys, which were still rare at the time. Aerospace parts now account for more than 80% of our sales. Molds and aerospace parts have much in common, such as the fact that they are ordered in extremely small lots (one to several units) and extensive use of freely curved surfaces. Moreover, the machining technology that we have been cultivating with molds is quite useful when machining titanium alloys, Inconel, and other difficult-to-machine materials used in aircraft parts. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues.
