We have large crane equipment on our premises (80 ton). We set up a plant in Futtsu City where products can be shipped from the quay right in front, even for long, large, or heavy products. We can respond to all kinds of requests.

We offer welding from palm-sized articles to large structures for marine transport 
We handle welding and precision processing of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, titanium, nickel, and zirconium in all fields. The size can vary according to the request from palm-sized to large products of over 20 m. 
Our rescue team for plant equipment will responsibly repair, maintain, and upgrade the non-ferrous metal and equipment used as the core components of a plant. You can leave all the processes to us, whether it is joining, bending, or cutting. 
We possess new plasma welding technology for welding medium and thick plates of 8 mm thickness with a single path, without edge preparation. This can be applied to aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and some other materials.

[Company Strengths]
We are a group of experts who specialize in welding non-ferrous metals. We can deal with all kinds of processing of non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, titanium, and nickel. Our welding can be applied to a wide range of fields as the needs arises. Manual work accounts for most of our work, so we hire employees with regular employee status, and we unstintingly support them in training as well as qualifications. Every one of our employees is highly skilled as a result, and has over ten welding related qualifications. We can deal with large structures because of our seaside location where marine transport is possible. This is especially true since we completed a plant in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture in November 2015. The plant’s location allows for marine transport, and we became able to manufacture larger, heavier, and longer structures. These are the main characteristics of our company.

Our company manufactures built-to-order products based on customer requests, with very minor exceptions such as certain drums for manufacturing electrolytic copper foil. We hope to become a useful, indispensable entity in the world by dealing with welding of all kinds of non-ferrous metals. [Intellectual Property]
Titanium negative electrode drums are necessary before manufacturing copper foil (electrolytic copper foil) used in lithium ion batteries and printed circuit boards. Our company possesses a patent in relation to the production of these drums: Method of manufacturing titanium ring of drum for manufacturing electrolytic metallic foil and apparatus for the same (Japanese Laid-Open Patent Application No. 2001-149508)
