We sell made-to-order products such as special bolts, collars, and nuts. These include hexagon socket head (bolt/nut) cap screws, and so on. We use cold heading to manufacture these products. We handle all materials that can be processed by cold heading in diameters from 1.4 to 22. We ensure high quality throughout the manufacturing process and also carry out 100% inspection using an image screener to prevent distribution of defective products. We have our own computer system to make operations paperless, and centrally manage processing from accepting customer orders, instructions on lot numbers, production, and so on to shipment. We also have a mechanism for traceability checks. This allows us to find out when, where, and by whom our products were made if their lot number is known, even after delivery. Our technology is in every single screw.
