YAMAURA PRODUCTION CO. 

We specialize in machining of castings and deformed materials, and can handle everything from materials to processing. We will reduce the cost on product cutting from round bars by reducing processes using various 5-axis machines and multifunction machines and by enabling simultaneous processing.

Our company is specialized in casting and promptly responds to troubles such as blowholes in cooperation with foundries.
Customers are pleased with our ability to reduce the lead time by stocking materials at our company for repeat products.
We have a wealth of experiences in processing from the centering of deformed materials through various experiences in processing valves and pump bodies to parts.
We used to consign the manufacture of stainless steel trapezoidal screws to an outsourcer using a dedicated machine. However, we became able to use an NC lathe for the processing and help cost reduction.
