Business content/features
We engage in the processing of metal and resin parts using machining centers and NC lathes. Moreover, fully equipped with injection molding machines (maximum clamping force of 450t), we engage in various types of parts processing using laser-processing machines, pressing machines, and welding machines. We also engage in design and manufacturing of casting dies and molds, press dies, and jig tools. For forming dies and molds, we use machining centers, graphite processing machines, and wire-cutting machines, all using our technological skill accumulated over many years. We also produce jig tools for various fields using materials with various hardness, such as aluminum and chemical wood, depending on the purpose. We employ unmanned night-hour laser processing operations for sheet-metal processing, sheet metal fabrication, and parts processing.

As our unique products, we provide container seal, container locks, and plastic seal. The facilities Takara Plastic Industry owns include CAD/CAM, machining centers, electric discharge machines, molding machines, wire cutting machines, and molding machines (100/350/450 t). Moreover, Takara Industry owns laser processing machines, presses, benders, welders/robot welders, NC lathes/general lathes, machining centers/general milling machines, and other machines and equipment capable of accommodating a wide variety of processing and workpieces.

Processing metal and resin parts using machining centers and NC lathes at our headquarter building located in Adachi-ku, Tokyo. We are fully equipped with injection molding machines with maximum clamping force of 450 t. A wide variety of parts processing by laser processing machines, presses, and welders. We engage in design and manufacturing of injection molding machines, dies/molds for pressing, and inspection jig tools. With good technologies and our aspirations for further advancement, we accommodate a range of orders from small-lot prototype production to mass production, meeting quick delivery at low prices.
