[Company Strengths]
We offer semiconductor processing from one piece/one unit to several thousand pieces. We also provide precision sheet metal working for various kinds of machinery and equipment that are used in construction, communications, food, medical, and other fields. These are our basic lines of business. Our company handles a wide range of processes including part supply, machine design and development, and assembly through an integrated production system. We regard ourselves as a manufacturing service provider that can be entrusted with work from prototype making to mass production, just like the customer’s factory division. Our super-express part supply service for developers and urgent situations such as malfunctions is favorably received by our customers. We have received robot system integrator partner certification from Mitsubishi Electric, Yasukawa Electric, and Kawasaki Heavy Industries in our machine development. This allows us to handle various phases such as concept design, machine, electric and control design, and software design for inspection, automation, and labor conservation systems. This is done by combining robots and image processing.

[Representative’s Message] 
Our company helps customers develop parts and products, and we also help give shape to their dreams and ideas. We are responding to the needs of the times and our customers. We are trying to learn and develop various technologies and techniques necessary for manufacturing prototypes and medium-lot products up to several thousand articles, hopefully earlier than the competition. These activities are aimed at establishing our company’s brand. This has been assisted since 2009 by a joint research project on brand construction with Kyushu University, which led us to new industry-university cooperation activities. Our company also has the Kinzokuoh project with designers with the theme of bringing metal into scenes in our lives. We make use of our advantages as a metal processing manufacturer in collaboration with the designer. We hope to pursue the potential of metal for lifestyle goods, and create metal products including metal furniture, stationery, and interior goods. We hope to place them in department stores, select shops, and also in overseas markets.
