Our company is a system integrator, and we handle robot-embedded systems and FA systems for supporting Monozukuri craftsmanship production sites. We especially excel at unattended production lines that are intended for saving human resources and workloads, and also for dealing with dirty, dangerous, and difficult work. We are involved from the planning phase, and manage all processes from design to manufacturing, as well as trial operation. Past manufacturing projects we have completed include an inner-diameter ring welding machine, linear guide measurement system, automatic label adhesion line, weld bead sanding machine, and automatic tool changer (ATC). We have produced equipment and machinery for three-axis aluminum processing, teaching-free sanding, steel pipe measuring, seam welding, automatic wiring, automatic press part sorting, posture control, and teaching-less coating.
