Low price! Movable! We offer automatic chip crushing and compression machines that can be placed beside other machinery.
Our automatic chip crushing and compression machines can be mounted directly instead of the chip bucket at the end of the chip conveyer of a machine tool. They are slightly larger than washing machines, and are suitable in size.
Our machines are equipped with a crusher directly under the hopper, so they can handle chips of any nature including curled chips.

[Company Strengths]
We mainly apply our experience in designing automotive components for car manufacturers to design and manufacture automatic chip crushing and compression machines. Our main products are automatic chip crushing and compression machines. They incorporate a more compact, dedicated crusher than similar products from other companies. This allows them to compress and harden chips of any nature and also to separate and collect cutting oil. They are small and low-profile, so they can be installed directly at the end (chip discharge opening) of the chip conveyer of each machine tool by removing the chip bucket. These are the major features of our products. They received the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency Director-General's Award at the 44th Excellent Environmental Equipment Awards held by the Japan Society of Industrial Machinery Manufacturers in 2018.
