IRIE KOKEN CO., LTD.
Our company develops and manufactures metal bellows, vacuum valves, vacuum pipes, chambers, vacuum introducers, and vacuum equipment for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, space satellites, and accelerators. Our bellows (metal expansion pipes) are used as airtight sealing parts for air-conditioning expansion joints and other products that require high airtightness. Our airtight products include rolling stock products as well as semiconductor and LCD display manufacturing equipment. Our vacuum valves are for vacuum-vacuum and vacuum-air separation. They are used to separate vacuum chambers (process chambers) in the display and semiconductor substrate manufacturing processes. Our company supports the quality and reliability of various vacuum devices and rolling stock and construction parts. This is done by making the most of the vacuum technologies we have cultivated by manufacturing bellows since our establishment.
