We design, manufacture, maintain, and repair rubber and plastic molds mainly for automotive parts (weatherstrip-related). We produce high-precision rubber molds making use of industry-leading equipment such as CAD/CAM and multiple high-speed machining centers, as well as over 35 years of manufacturing experience. We offer a wide range of mold structures to meet the various needs of our customers, including rubber injection molding, compression molding, and transfer molding.

Ability to respond to customer needs
The structure of a mold changes depending on the manufacturing conditions. The main conditions are molding machine specifications, production volume, product material, and production method. Within these limited conditions, we think from the customer's point of view and provide easy-to-use molds with optimal structures. We are also able to deliver prototype rubber products. We also have bases in China, Thailand, Mexico, and Indonesia, and can respond quickly to maintenance and repairs anywhere in the world as required by our customers.
Burrless molds
If burrs appear on molded products, cost and time to fix them will be incurred, and the customer will also suffer a big loss. Since our establishment, we have focused on burrless molds, and have established our own design and processing technologies. We provide highly durable burrless molds so our customers can use their molds with peace of mind for a long time.
Product design
In addition to mold manufacturing, we provide total support from the product development and design stage to prototype production. We use 3D CAD (CATIA-V5) to design automotive parts (weatherstrips, etc.).
