Deep drawing with 1200-ton oil hydraulic pressing machines using one mold 
Our advantages include deep drawing with 1200-ton large pressing machines. 
We make proposals for shorter delivery times and lower costs by using one mold for a process in which more than one mold is usually made. 
We have a plant for molds in Numazu City and can offer a smooth process from design of a mold to delivery.
The deepest product that we have ever manufactured was an engine cover for a mini-excavator (H: 650 mm × W: 650 mm × D: 415 mm). 
We can manufacture this product using one mold.
Sheet metal part manufacturing using reverse engineering 
We can perform the entire process including mold manufacturing for panels, scanning, and processing by ourselves. 
We are confident in our proposals for integrated manufacturing in terms of delivery times and costs!
We can manufacture up to around 1200-ton parts using reverse engineering.
