We provide support for the aerospace fields and electronic devices such as organic photoelectric conversion elements with our vacuum technology!!
We have technologies for design, assembly and adjustment, and electrical control (sequencer control technology) that we have acquired through our work on vacuum applied equipment and semiconductor manufacturing machinery. These technologies can be applied to mechanical and electrical design for general operating machinery and equipment.

Bias sputtering equipment
This equipment is estimated to reduce leakage current of electronic components. We have technology for covering insulators with laminated film of electronic parts. We improve the capability to cover by sputtering while biasing the circuit board side.
Equipment related to organic EL
We have technology for manufacturing organic photoelectric conversion elements by using vacuum technology. We have experience in equipment for which a film can be formed under heating temperature conditions depending on the characteristics of an organic material. We can offer custom equipment for research and development.
Equipment related to aerospace
We have technology for reproducing environmental atmosphere in space as simulation. Specifically, we can make the pressure similar to that in a space environment by reducing the pressure with vacuum exhaust equipment attached to a space chamber. We can also reproduce environments such as those in which there is a difference in temperatures and that in which regolith is assumed to be present based on consultation with customers. We respond to needs for endurance tests of electronic parts in a space environment.

We have electrical control technology (sequencer control technology) that we have acquired through our work on vacuum applied equipment and semiconductor manufacturing machinery. We also have experience in the replacement of sequencers and touch panels of old control panels.
