We manufacture products in-house using an integrated production system, including ultra-fine welding with 0.05-mm plate thickness and precision sheet metal working for ducts, and so on.
We are a group of super-multi-skilled workers who are willing to try new things, and take on challenges. Our company handles all processes in-house from programs to expansion, cutting, finishing, bending, welding, and testing, and satisfies needs for small lots and quick deliveries!
This thin pipe welded product was created by connecting and build-up welding of diameter 2.0, 2.8, and 3.5 pipes. The pipe thickness is only 0.25-0.225, so normal welding does not create the required clean finish. Our ultra-fine welding technology allows us to assemble cleanly without warps (see photo). This thin pipe is required to have airtightness, but we can satisfy such needs by discharging minute beads as shown in the photo below.
This fine welded product is a soccer ball with 32 faces, which was manufactured using 0.1-mm SUS304 plates. The diameter is about 12 mm, and all the 2.5-mm sides were welded. Elaborate welding on such small products requires extremely advanced technology. The SUS304 plates need to be blanked out precisely with a laser processor, and then patiently assembled one by one.
