[Company Strengths]
We excel at precision machining. We manufacture micro-miniature to long products of 0.3 to 35.0 mm in diameter using NC automatic combined lathes. We take on orders for machining titanium and other hard materials and for trial manufacturing of even single pieces. We have strengths in machining difficult-to-process materials, hex-bore processing in shafts, thin-wall processing from 0.2 mm thick, multiple screw threading, bore key grooving, and eccentric processing. We can machine titanium, SUS630, SUS316, pure nickel, and Hastelloy, and manufacture multi-thread screws with 3, 4, and 6 threads. We reduce part mass production costs by replacing machining centers with NC automatic combined lathes.

Our company satisfies customer requests and expectations by making use of the know-how and technology we have cultivated. We maintain a corporate stance of build-to-order manufacturing, and also proposal-type trial manufacturing and production.
