Our main product is steel brackets for bridges. They are used in repairing and seismically reinforcing general roads, expressways, bridges, and other structures. We also manufacture road sign poles, cranes, conveyors, and other industrial machine parts, as well as concrete molds and other equipment. We specialize in producing small steel members. We cut, press, weld, and paint steel plates, and supply high-precision products via integrated in-house production.

Production of steel members
We specialize in producing small steel members. We supply high-precision products mainly to West Japan via integrated in-house production. We manufacture mainly products and parts for industrial machinery, steel frames, bridges, civil engineering, shipbuilding, and other purposes. Structures for road maintenance account for 40 percent of our production. Our main product is steel brackets for bridges. We actively introduce various NC machines, 3D-compliant CAD, labor-saving equipment, and other machinery to make our work efficient.
Technology for metal working
We have an established an integrated system from cutting and machining to welding and painting of steel plates. Our production equipment is also complete with laser machining devices, welders, coating equipment, and other machinery. We are committed to training personnel, and we encourage them to take various seminars and acquire licenses. We train personnel, adopt a complete set of equipment, and introduce state-of-the-art technology. This allows us to improve our machining precision and satisfy very short lead times.
We play a role in maintaining transportation systems in Japan
Emphasis has been placed on the earthquake resistance of bridges since the 1994 Great Hanshin Earthquake, both for expressways and regular roads. Taking measures is also urgently necessary now due to the deterioration of infrastructure equipment in Japan. We manufacture metal fittings for bridge maintenance, conserve and maintain bridges, and manufacture earthquake-proof metal reinforcers to maintain transportation systems in Japan.
