We can cover everything from material selection to thermal treatment and surface treatment in collaboration with partner companies. Our company manufactures precision machined parts for various industries and delivers them to major European and Japanese manufacturers of guns and automotive parts. Our products include machine section parts for shotguns for hunting and sporting use, and for rifles for civilian use. We also provide automotive hydraulic parts, chemical fiber plant parts, and machine tool parts. We have been trading in high-precision gun parts with complicated shapes directly with a major European major gun manufacturer for over a decade. We point out latent issues and propose solutions during transactions, so we are now highly evaluated by this company. We promote labor-saving and space-saving production by efficiently arranging state-of-the-art equipment. We are also strengthening our quality management system by effectively using 3D measuring instruments and image measuring devices to satisfy QCD requirements. We excel at processing difficult-to-machine materials such as SUS, titanium, Hastelloy, and maraging steel. We also excel at high-speed machining of complicated shapes using a five-axis machining center, thin-wall machining using super-high-tension materials, and bore mirror finishing.
