Details and strengths of business

We offer one-stop services for labor-saving and automation, including design, manufacture and installation. The environment surrounding robots has been diversified and sophisticated in needs has increased. We aim to be a group of engineers who have technology for meeting customer needs and are able to prove this. We mainly run two businesses, namely factory automation and laboratory automation. We manufacture various types of automation machinery related to manufacturing processes such as assembly, supply and collection, cleaning and inspection, transportation of medicines and the like, and laboratory functions such as small cold storage warehouse.

Overview of products and technology

With respect to factory automation, we manufacture assembly machines for rear shafts of ballpoint pens, pipe cartridge assembly machines, PWB identification devices, inspection equipment for disposable cameras, conveying devices for molded items, automatic extracting supply and collection devices for printed circuit boards, hard disk cleaning lines, ultra-small liquid crystal panel cleaning equipment, crystal oscillator printing equipment, adhesive application equipment, and other equipment. With respect to laboratory automation, we manufacture twin grip type plate sealer transporting machines, single grip type plate sealer transporting machines, dispensing machine joint lines, PCR joint lines, laser barcode labelers, and other equipment.

We have manufactured various types of automatic machinery, labor-saving equipment, robot systems and the like for over 30 years. We believe that we can provide support to customers who wish to improve productivity of manufacturing lines of their plants by automation and labor-saving and who wish to improve efficiency and precision of research functions of their laboratories. We propose optimum solutions by using our accumulated knowhow.
