We are the only company that has two different areas of specialization, rolling and thermal refining, under the business theme "to give higher added value to iron". We have established a flexible style of business in both areas by specializing in high-mix low-volume production/quick delivery, using our accumulated skills and knowhow. We have developed a strong presence in the Monozukuri craftsmanship market in Japan where technological competence and low-volume/quick delivery are highly appreciated, winning the enhanced confidence of customers not only in the region but also across the country.
As for our rolling business, we, as one of the top 3 small-sized steel manufacturers in the country, pursue high-quality manufacturing, focusing on small steel manufacturers. Based on the accumulated data, we process high-precision rolls, dealing with small-sized flat ropes through variant cross-sectional shaped flat ropes in our own factory. For our thermal refining business, we have a variety of small-sized furnaces, to which respective engineering technicians are assigned to enable quick delivery of products that adhere to the characteristics requested by the customer.
