Sales Pitch

Slicers

Machines for thinly slicing meat in the chilled temperature range. We use band knives (belt-shaped knives) that dramatically increase cutting performance rather than conventional round or broad-bladed knives. They are fully equipped with various functions like folding sliced meat, oblique cutting, and scale removal, as well as automatic knife grinding and cleaning.

Micro Dicer

These are our original cutters that cut frozen meat into small pieces of 4, 6, 8, and 10 mm. Received the 1st Japan Society for the Promotion of Machine Industry Award. Received the President's Award of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Machine Industry. Two international patents have been registered. "Micro Dicer" is a registered trademark of Nippon Career Industry.

Flakers

These machines cut frozen food into flakes. They pre-process raw materials to be fed into meat grinders.

Choppers and meat grinders

Mincing machines. The choppers are compact, with high throughput and full-scale specifications. Meat grinders are generally slightly larger and often refer to models equipped with a charging screw.

Mixer grinders

These machines have a mixer integrated with a grinder. Double-function and space-saving.

Flaker grinders

These machines integrate a flaker with a mixer and grinder, and are designed to grind frozen food into slices. They are also equipped with a lifter to feed meat blocks into the flaker. This integrated system greatly reduces the burden of cleaning.

Mince Packer

These machines cut minced meat continuously sent from a meat grinder to a specified length and arrange it on trays for sale. There are two types: fully automatic and semi automatic. "Mince Packer" is a registered trademark of Nippon Career Industry. 

Plate knives

These are parts used in meat grinders. Perforated disc plates are used in combination with knives shaped like throwing stars. Abbreviated as "Puna" (for "plate" and "knife"). Our company started out with the development, manufacturing, and sales of "Puna," which became a huge hit because of their dramatically improved durability compared to traditional products. They were known as "Permanent Puna."

Mixers

Mixing machines. A pair of paddles mix ingredients in a container. We also support customized paddles.

Vertical conveyors

A continuous vertical conveyance system. Conveying raw materials vertically greatly saves labor and space.

Lifters

Lifting machines. There are many variations including wagon lifters equipped with safety lock nuts that prevent the wagon from falling, "Liftman" which enables the use of commercially available containers as they are, and bucket lifters equipped with special-purpose buckets. "Liftman" is a registered trademark of Nippon Career Industry.

Wagons

These are hand-pushed carriers with wheels. Our wagon dumpers are designed to be tipped over and washed, and they are hygienic because the wagon does not contact the floor.

Food formers

These machines continuously form hamburgers and croquettes as well as fish paste products and other foods. They can also be used to form various other shapes.

Menzo

This is a noodle maker for 100%-buckwheat flour soba noodles that integrates kneading with extrusion. You only need to feed in buckwheat flour to complete all processes from kneading to stretching and extrusion all at once. "Menzo" is a registered trademark of Nippon Career Industry.
