By applying photo etching processes or electro forming processes, we precisely punch thin plates to produce metal masks, lead frames, encoders, etc. with the use of low-cost patterns and without metal molds.

Photo etching process
This processing method is used for a modeling or surface treatment technique which utilizes the corrosive action of chemicals or the like. In the processing method, an anti-corrosion treatment (masking) is applied to only the parts, which must not be corroded, on the surface of the material, and a corrosive is used to dissolve, erode, and etch the other parts to produce the desired shape. Since no external or thermal stress is applied, precision components without burrs or warpage can be produced.     
This is the processing method in which a substrate is masked by photoresist, a pattern is copied onto it by a photomask, and, contrary to the etching process, electroplating is applied to the exposed parts of the substrate to form (electroform) Ni so as to form the desired shape. The processing accuracy of electroforming is approx. 10 times superior to that of photo etching, and the microfabrication achieved by the former is also approx. 10 times superior to that achieved by the latter.       
UV inkjet printing
We have introduced a UV inkjet printer, which can be used for a wide range of materials, and use it mainly for creating name plates, emblems, etc. Needless to say, we also meet requests for simple printing only. Since the printer is equipped with a flat bed, 3D decorations can freely be performed on stationery, small articles, and so on. Printing can be directly done on a material with an A3 size and a height of 150 mm. Furthermore, since this printing method uses digital data and does not require any printing plate, it can finely and flexibly meet the diversified needs of clients.
We have introduced an AC servo bending machine with an NC back gauge to perform precision bending. Products that have undergone etching are immediately transferred to a precision sheet metal working process in our company, completed, and shipped in a short delivery period. We also undertake a burring process. The burring process is a process for directly machining a thread in a thin material. At first, a pilot hole is made through etching. Then, a clearance is provided depending on the plate thickness, a raised portion is machined, and the material is directly machined to form a screw thread. The direct tapping process can be applied to form M2 to M4 screw threads.    
Products that have undergone etching are dyed in black. Painting or plating may spoil the beauty of the underlying metal. On the other hand, a merit of an electrolytic coloring method and a chemical coloring method is that the surface of a stainless steel material is colored, while the texture of the material is kept, to make the material a brightly and warmly colored one. The black oxide film is highly functional in various fields.
