Our only-one technology, "Die-cast cassette system"
The system enables "high-mix ultra-small-lot production" that defies the common wisdom of die-cast production. We are able to produce metal molds that endure a clamping force of up to 650 t and perform vacuum induction melting. By using a 3D measuring instrument, we perform complete examinations to guarantee product accuracy.

Technology
Thanks to our unique cassette-type metal molds, we are able to perform small-lot production (at least 100 products/lot) with a high-speed setup and less changeover losses. Vacuum induction melting allows us to provide high-quality and high-value-added products in small lots. We perform die-casting to produce products with stable quality in small lots.
