Our main products are industrial machine parts. We perform processes ranging from production to assembly of parts. We mainly process long-size square materials. By utilizing the technology for the processing, we are good at performing various milling processes. We also process parts of machine tools, which are required to have high precision, and perform integrated production of the parts of carrier devices, which are required to operate at high speed. Futaki Iron Works is represented by "high rigidity & high precision". We mainly process long-size square materials. By utilizing the technology for the processing, we are good at performing various milling processes. Especially, our ability for achieving precision, which cutting-edge equipment cannot achieve, with "old-fashioned equipment and artisanship" has established a reputation. We receive a lot of orders for parts that are very hard to process or produce. Equipment assembly
Many pieces of equipment assembled in our company are equipment related to conveyance. Such equipment is characterized by high-speed operation, and each part of the equipment is required to have high mechanical precision and rigidity.
