High-precision machining that is fully supported with a craftsman's sensitivity

Jet engine parts are made from materials that can withstand a harsh operating environment with temperatures as high as 1500°C. Processing difficult-to-machine materials that keep their strength even at high temperatures requires not only machine performance but also skilled and sensitive craftsmen. Our company has developed our high-precision processing technology by refining the skills and intuition that is handed down from technician to technician.

Monozukuri craftsmanship without compromise

We started processing titanium fan cases in 2007 and have a proven track record of delivering more than 1500 fan cases without any defects or complaints. We have established a strict, multiperson quality management system at each stage of the process and perform monozukuri craftsmanship that can meet all requirements in areas such as quality, delivery time, and cost.

Processing technology

We have a lot of experience in machine processing of large parts up to φ2,500 with tolerances of 100 points.
 From special steels such as Inconel, Waspaloy, Hastelloy, and Titanium to ordinary steel,
we manufacture high quality products that meet various customer needs with high production efficiency.
