Micro Process Corporation Inc.,
We are a creative, development-oriented equipment manufacturer that designs and manufactures manufacturing/inspection equipment to meet customers' needs.
Our company designs and manufactures inspection equipment, assembly equipment, and conveyance equipment based on the customer's requirements and usage. It is necessary to quickly detect and control the positional relationship between the workpiece, equipment, and table to improve production efficiency. If there is a problem with the accuracy of this detection, it will affect yield, and if there is a time lag between detection and control, productivity will decline. We excel in handling technology for parts and products manufactured in various fields using mechanical chucking and suction methods and in alignment technology that uses cameras to adjust the position of parts and products and load them onto the processing points of assembly and inspection equipment.

Development of Pick-and-Tray Equipment for Handling Ultra-Small Products
An overseas manufacturer aiming to mass-produce products used in ophthalmic surgeries inquired about a device that picks up and aligns extremely small products (1 millimeter in length and 120 microns in diameter) that are unrecognizable without a magnifying glass before placing them on a tray. After many rounds of theoretical analysis and observation, we were able to complete the project and contribute to the mass production and commercialization of the product.
Development and Manufacture of Inspection Equipment for Special Metal Parts for Air Conditioner Manufacturing
The work previously done by workers—measuring the height with calipers, checking for scratches with a loupe, and checking the load by machine operation—have all been fully automated. If set up at the end of the workday, the inspection of about 4,500 parts (7.5 parts per minute x 60 minutes x 10 hours) is completed by the following morning. We were able to develop and manufacture an industrial robot with truly advanced functions.
