Description of our service, strengths

We sell and provide construction service for handling systems that enable handling/picking of things conventionally impossible to grasp or are in an environment where grasping is difficult. We provide our customers with solutions, focusing on general purpose multi-finger robot hands, and 3D robot vision system we commercialized by reflecting the technology we have been cultivating as a system integrator of industrial facilities for more than 40 years. In our robot hand project, we have developed robot hands with five fingers and three fingers, enabling more stable grasping actions that is not contingent on the characteristics of target work. In addition, in our welfare equipment project, we have developed a communication device that helps the physically challenged to convey their intention to their families and nurses.

Overview of products and technology

Robot hands, such as chuck hands, vacuum absorption, electromagnetic magnets, etc., are being used for the labor of operators at production sites to handle a variety of types of products these days and/or a variety type of end effectors. They can reproduce eight degrees of freedom at the maximum in the size almost the same as a human and can handle perfect customizations of moving joint positions, etc. In our 3D machine vision, the appropriate positioning of a work accumulated one by one or placed on a table is provided to the robot to accomplish a precise picking act. We use a three-dimensional measurement (distance) camera equipped with a TOF distance sensor to analyze the two-dimensional image information and the distance information on a system configured from our unique algorithm for provision to the system.

Since the establishment of our company, we have been coping integrally with the automation and labor-saving in the fields of semiconductors, automobiles, electric equipment, precision machines, etc. and making proposals of, and developing, facilities for energy-saving and mass-production. Based on our achievements in the fields of those FA industries, we propose, develop, produce, sell, and further perform joint rehearses of new products and systems in the field of welfare as well as experimentation and verification equipment etc. for universities, colleges, research institutes, etc. When we "fuse" the "concepts of manufacturing" in the fields of FA, the "fundamental theories and technologies" from universities, colleges, and other research institutes, and our "smart sense with inspiration," DOUBLE, then, it becomes possible to develop epoch-making single products and services.
