Design, development, and manufacturing of electronic equipment
We provide integrated support, from mechanisms such as labor-saving equipment and sensors to electrical circuits, software/chassis/application design, as well as small-lot production and mass production.
Machining
Our company meets your needs with high-precision machining technology and stable quality. 3D shape machining Our specialty is 3D shape machining (cutting in irregular shapes) with 3D CAD/CAM. We can handle various metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium. Multi-face machining We create a multi-surface surface using 5-axis machining centers. Options such as the pallet changer allow us to maximize performance and to meet the required quality, cost, and delivery date. Mirror finish We have made an aluminum metal lens to replace the omnidirectional glass lens. It can be shaped freely in various angles and shapes through cutting work. Aerospace parts (JISQ 9100 certified) Our company is a participating member of Aerospace Iida and has processed some aerospace parts in the project.
