Precision rollers
 Fully made-to-order processing even for SUJ2 materials (bearing steel). We offer manufacturing providing the shape, accuracy, and quantities that our customers request.

Precision shafts
 We offer a fusion of precision cutting, high-precision polishing, and mirror finishing. We offer proposals for heat treatment, surface treatment, and special heat treatment, depending on the customer’s purpose.

Microrollers/shafts
 Cutting, heat treatment, polishing, and gloss finishing

Special end surface R processing
 Special barreling (R processing in the micron range)

Secondary processing
 We offer secondary processing that considers material, number of lots, and required accuracy to achieve higher efficiency in our skilled, high-precision finishing

Stepped polishing
 Post-machining processing through infeed polishing. High precision finishes through micron processing. We can process any part
