Our company grows and processes Takko Garlic brand garlic, and promotes it around the world.
Takko-machi is about a 30-minute drive from Lake Towada. We receive fresh water from the Ou Mountains and have fertile land. Our region also records the highest and lowest temperatures in Aomori Prefecture, with a temperature difference between summer and winter of more than 50 degrees. This large temperature difference makes it suitable for growing vegetables, fruit, flowers, and so on, and this area produces good-quality products. It is known for Takko Garlic. Our Takko no Kuro black garlic is produced in additive-free aging production facilities we designed in-house. It is highly acclaimed in Japan and also around the world.

We cultivate Takko Garlic in our own agricultural production division We cultivate agricultural products using conventional cultivation, such as Akinori Kimura’s “miracle apple” organic cultivation method. We manufacture Takko no Kuro black garlic in additive-free maturing production equipment we designed We conduct processing and manufacturing with sanitation management at a processing factory with certification under Aomori Prefecture’s food sanitation voluntary hygiene control certification system (A-HACCP).
