Large-scale five-sided processing
We can process items with heights of up to 3.5 m and lengths of up to 6.5 m. One chuck is used to process all five sides of an object other than the base. This considerably shortens troublesome setup procedures.
Five-axis processing
Using the latest five-axis machines makes highly efficient and highly accurate machining possible even for complex products that require precise angles.
Composite lathing

We excel at high-precision lathe processing that is required in vital places. We are capable of precisions of 1/100 mm in titanium and can integrate processes using micromachining.

We are skilled at processing aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper, and other nonferrous metals. Particularly in titanium, we have more than 20 years of experience and can process 64 different titanium alloys.
Quality management systems
We have a pair of 3D measurement machines that are always available for use in our inspection room, which is kept at a constant temperature. We double check both the site and the inspection room.
High-precision machining of new product prototypes and small-lot parts
We offer complete built-to-order products from single product trial manufacturing to small and medium lots. For certain volumes of mass production, we are able to offer quick delivery by working a two-shift system. Some techniques such as hardening and surface treatment can be outsourced. With rich experience, we provide precision machining of materials which are difficult to process, such as titanium alloy, Invar, Kovar, Inconel, and Hastelloy.
