We are highly skilled at processing precision press molds, mold dies, and a wide range of other precision mold parts and precision machine parts. We are capable of ultra-high-precision machining with tolerances on the order of ±1 micron, and are well versed in operating more than 10 types of machines including mold polishers, mills, and EDM. Overview of our business and features
We mainly engage in machining precision-pressed mold parts, machining precision mold parts, and manufacturing connectors and other automatic machinery parts. In manufacturing pressed mold parts, we machine crimping terminal press molds, machine parts of progressive molds, and cut out and bend parts with punches and dies. In machining mold parts, we manufacture mold dies for connectors, automotive parts, cell phones, digital cameras, SD cards, and ETC cards. In wire-cut processing, ultra-pure water is used to insulate the wire through ion exchange. We recycle wires to be environmentally friendly.
Equipment we possess
On our own premises, we have jig milling machines, jig grinders, wire-cut EDM machining centers, EDM machining centers, other machining centers, microscopes with image processors, clean-heating quenching furnaces (with program controller), ventilated tempering furnaces, sandblasters, forming and flat grinding machines, NC charting units, CNC profile grinders, factory-use tool microscopes, projectors, and so on.
