Our company was established in 1912, and we are a manufacturer of metal stamping and micromachining tools (end mills).

Our company manufactures small-diameter micro end mills (PCD, cBN, hard metal) with diameters of 1 or less on a made-to-order basis. We can also handle punches, pins, and special tools. We take pride in having agility and responsiveness, thanks to making use of the flexibility of manual grinding machines.

Customized micro-machining tool (end mill) manufacturing and sales
Our company manufactures completely customized micromachining tools (mostly end mills) with a diameter less than 1.0. This is done using manual tool grinders (EWAG WS11 universal tool grinder, modified in-house). We take on orders from a single article, and customize products for user needs.
We offer a choice of three tool materials depending on your case of use: PCD (polycrystalline diamond), cBN (cubic boron nitride), and cemented carbide.
The tool shape can be ball, radius, sharp angle, and various kinds of tapers. We have made other special shapes, as well as pins, punches, and gauge heads. Please contact us if you have problems with micromachining tools.
Manufacturing and sales of metal stamping machines used for fine characters and elaborate decorations
This machine makes marks with EDM rather than cutting (engraving), so it can be applied to heavy-duty high-hardness quenched steels (SKD11, HRC60).
Stamps can be fine characters to a minimum of 0.3 mm, and elaborate patterns (such as marking on the back cover of a wristwatch).
Our company has retained the largest share in the bearing industry since the start of this business.

Other presentation

Our company was formerly a carving business, and was established in 1912. We have been committed to micro metalworking ever since as a backstreet workshop.
