Business content and features

We have an extensive track record and expertise in building systems with image processing boards from various manufacturers, and using this technology as our base, we accept development proposals from customers. For Windows-based application development, we mainly develop systems such as those used in color filter inspection machines for liquid crystal, film defect inspection machines for liquid crystal, temperature characteristic inspection machines for semiconductors, and electrical characteristic inspection machines for semiconductors. We have a track record in the development of various systems, such as pressure gauge reading inspection machines and pressure gauge external specification inspection machines for contract development of systems, and image processing machine I/F board control and systems for PCI memory boards for Windows device driver development.

Overview of main products and technologies

In our main system and software development, the tap water quality monitoring system monitors fish in a tank, detects dead fish and issues alerts. In addition, we offer a coordinate calculation system for manual measurement microscopes. In our embedded device software development, we have TI DSP image processing, 68K image processing, SH-series image processing, Toshiba Corporation image processing equipment control, and AVR equipment control.

Message from the representative (efforts toward developing future sales channels and intentions toward utilizing J-GoodTech)

Since our establishment as a core part of a liquid crystal inspection maker, we have actively expanded our contract development and in-house product development, with image processing inspection technology as our core competence. We recently established a joint ordering system for inspection system machines with the network company group so that we could handle batch orders of the machines. We are striving to continue as a company that can always propose ways in which we can realize the customer’s needs at low cost. In the systematization of image processing machine manufacturers, our experience and expertise cannot be beaten by the major companies. Moreover, in recent years we are working on a lot of M2M (machine to machine) applications. There is an increasing amount of traceability and manufacturing line data aggregation processing written to and registered in our core database. We have a track record of producing around 30 applications per year. Consult with us regarding M2M-related matters and image processing inspection concerns.
