Cutting, Drilling, and Machining
[Cutting] At Sato Kogyosho, we use a band saw to cut and process each part. [Drilling] Our specialty is drilling, in which a hole is drilled in the workpiece by the rotary cutting motion of the drill. [Machining] Using blades (machining tools) to cut and shave materials, we achieve cutting processes that meet the needs of our customers.
Welding
[Welding] We use both manual and robotic welding to propose methods that meet the needs of our customers.
Finishing
[Finishing] The surface of the metal material is scraped off by rubbing the corner or surface with a harder solid intermittently, creating a smooth surface.
