Since our foundation in 1925, the leading product that we have been manufacturing and selling is Echizen Soba, a soba brand representing Fukui Prefecture and selected as one of the Hundred Local Dishes. 

We have an integrated production system ranging from cultivating soba fruit in Fukui and Hokkaido Prefectures to the production of flour, noodles, and soup. Our strength lies in our noodle-making art that, with freshly-ground soba flour, lets you fully savor the sweetness and flavor inherent to soba.

You can savor delicious Echizen Soba at home. We offer a long lineup of products in various wrapping styles and quantities ranging from products on trays and in bags for mass retailers to souvenirs contained in fancy cases and gift-wrapped products for occasional purposes, as well as frozen soba for business purposes for restaurants.
