Thompson blanking, gluer processing, window attachment, and gift box production and sales

We can provide integrated handling of all processes of an order. This includes printing, surface processing, Thompson blanking, window pasting (film), gluer processing (one-touch pasting), inspection, packing, and shipping. 

Example: Thompson blanking
This processing is good for bending line creasing, perforation, and punching for paper products with various shapes. We can make dedicated blanking dies for complex shapes. 

Example: Window pasting
This process involves pasting films onto windows on package boxes to allow a view of the interior product such as pizza, sweets, cakes, and so on. Films can also be pasted onto lunchboxes to prevent moisture, or as a chopstick casing.

Example: Gluer processing
Glue is pasted to make it easy to assemble boxes. The products are delivered in a folded state, so they do not take up much space in storage. Gluer processing can improve productivity during box assembly.

Original gift box

We produce and sell C-type original gift boxes as our main product. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the size and design.

Our C-type boxes are often used as gift boxes and assortment boxes. This box is not as strong or luxurious as laminated fancy box, but it is used for a wide range of products. This is because of the low mass-production cost as well as ease of storage and inventory control, and even large sizes are possible. C-type paper boxes are convenient as they are space-saving even in bulk when folded. They can be used as a common package for multiple products by changing the inner partitions and frames.
