Description of our products

Cylinder controlled valve (certified as high-pressure gas equipment)

Using a cylinder as its actuator, this product turns the valve on or off by admitting or shutting off the air needed for operation. This valve performs on/off control of various main units (glove valves, angle valves, cross valves) by using a remote cylinder as the actuator for all kinds of fluids.
The cylinder actuator can be divided into two types: single activation type with a springback mechanism, which is activated by air pressure or oil pressure for instrumentation, and multiple activation type that is activated by either air pressure or oil pressure alone.

Diaphragm valve (certified as high-pressure gas equipment)

Using a diaphragm (rubber) as its actuator, this product controls the flow rate of fluid by adjusting the opening of the valve, which is achieved by changing the operation air pressure.
This valve uses an actuator operated by external power that is controlled by signals output from the controlling element to control fluid for various main units (globe valves, cross valves). A diaphragm operated by air pressure serves as the actuator. The available flow characteristics are: equal percentage, linear, and on/off.

Motor-operated valve

Using a motor as its actuator, this product controls the flow rate of fluid by adjusting the opening of the valve by using different electric signals.
This valve uses an actuator operated by external power that is controlled by signals output from the controlling element to control fluid for various main units (globe valves, cross valves). The actuator consists of an electric motor, a gear, and so on. The gear is used to convert the rotational motion of the electric motor to linear motion, thereby actuating the actuator. The available flow characteristics are: equal percentage, linear, and on/off.

Solenoid valve (received type approval from LR/BV, and received type approval from the Ministry of Defense)

Using a magnetic coil as its actuator, this product performs the on-off control of the valve by switching the electricity on or off.
The solenoid valve we manufacture is characterized by its large diameter, which is unlike the solenoid valves provided by other manufacturers.
This product is a valve that performs the on-off control of various fluids by using the solenoid actuator (coil, fixed iron core, and movable iron core)
This product is available in two types: one that is open when energized and one that is closed when energized.
Because our solenoid valve is of a direct acting type, it can be used under micro pressure or vacuum conditions.

Float switch (received type approval from LR, BV, and other classification societies)

This switch is used to detect the liquid level inside a liquid tank by using a float and to output a warning or other relevant information.
- Magnet type
The use of the magnetic force of a permanent magnet to detect the liquid level eliminates any problems that can be caused by friction or electrolytic action, making this product suitable for all kinds of fluids.
- Completely sealed type
The parts that come into contact with the liquid and the switch part are made of stainless pipes and stainless plates that can withstand a pressure of 2 MPa. Because they are completely sealed, no fluid can escape, and therefore there is no risk of fluid leaks catching fire.
- Microswitch type
Quick activation and extreme durability are enabled by the use of both the reliable microswitch that is compliant with the UL and CSA standards and the powerful permanent magnet.
- Stable operation
This product is designed and manufactured to deliver required performance even under the conditions of rolling, pitching, vibrating, high temperature, and high humidity in the vessel.
- Corrosion resistance
The wetted parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials, galvanized, coated with modified epoxy resin, or treated with neos or the like so that they can withstand many kinds of liquids.

Float gauge

This product uses a float to detect the liquid level in a liquid tank and displays the detected liquid level. 
As an on-site instruction-type float-actuated liquid gauge, this float gauge can display not only the liquid level but can also be used as a high-level/low-level warning switch.
