The labor shortage and aging of skilled workers are more serious in our industry compared with other industries. Our company focuses on actively employing workers and training skilled workers, irrespective of sex or nationality. However, we think drastic innovations are necessary for solving the issues of labor shortages and skill inheritance prevailing throughout the coating industry. We are now planning and developing new technology that will improve the working environment. We will apply this technology to expanding markets through J-GoodTech when it is complete.
