[Company strength]
Our company offers press working mainly for metal boxes used in audio devices and telecommunications equipment. Our strength is our flexibility. This allows us to work with customers from the product planning phase, and handle subsequent manufacturing processes from prototype making to trial mass production and mass production. We shifted our business model to precision sheet metal working in response to the changing times, while accepting small-lot orders. Our company has actively introduced the latest equipment in the industry, including combined laser punching and processing machines. This helps us to handle short lead times and mass production. We also introduced a CAD system for 3D solid sheet metal working (SheetWorks for Unfold) to automatically create irregularly shaped expansion plans from 3D data given by the customer. We aim to create an IoT production system, in which the latest equipment and computers are managed and controlled in an integrated manner.
