Sales Pitch 

Experts in machine processing for a wide range of machining needs
The chuck diameter of our NC lathe ranges 8–25 inches. We have seven vertical machining centers and two horizontal machining centers. In addition, we have processing machines with wide-ranging capacities, such as NC boring machines. Furthermore, we have been adding more equipment such as rotating grinders and electric wire cutters. With welding facilities such as semi-automatic welders and welding robots, we can also accommodate machine parts processing such as welding.
Quality management
Our company has introduced a 3D measuring device.
The advanced measurement examination using this device allows measurement of geometric tolerances that are difficult for other tools to measure, such as roundness, concentricity, parallelism, and positional tolerance. It is useful for discovering defective products and understanding the cause of the defect.
It is also useful for the calibration of measuring tools.
Delivery management
We manage our deadlines, processes, and progress of productions with our production-management system. As the production follows digitized instructions for the system that ensures an on-schedule production, it is possible to smoothly continue the production without instructions and supervision.

Grinding/electric discharge machining
In addition to the cutting tools, we have grinders and electric discharge machines such as rotary grinders and electric wire cutters.
Welding
We conduct mechanical-tube manufacturing by welding robots and semi-automated welders. We also offer processing of machine parts, including welding.
