We manufacture high-quality products under this system. Our company has a wide range of materials from engineering plastics to super engineering plastics in stock, and we manufacture products in a short term by working 24 hours a day. We propose optimal materials and processing based on the know-how we have cultivated.

Business description and technical strengths: Our company conducts precision machining and welding mainly with engineering plastics and super engineering plastics under an in-house integrated production system. We excel at precision machining and welding, and handle a wide range of production from single articles to mass production. We conduct various kinds of processing using different processing equipment, including machining centers, NC lathes, multifunction machines, and routers. Our company manufactures high-quality products with high accuracy by using processing machines with craftsmanship. We manufacture stain-free products by degreasing cleansing using ultrasonic cleaning equipment. We have a thorough inspection system where we use 3D measuring and other equipment to measure modeled points that cannot be measured with vernier calipers or micrometers. We currently manufacture assemblies to provide assembled products in addition to parts for our customers.
