Aluminum processing
Laser cutting
We can process plates between 0.1 and 25 mm thick. We have experience in cutting A2017 (duralumin), A7075 (extra-super duralumin), and 1000 series materials.

We can process plates between 0.5 and 16 mm thick. We have experience in bending plates between 0.1 and 20.0 mm thick. We can handle materials between 0.5 and 6.0 mm thick up to 3 m wide. Beyond 12 mm in thicknesses, we can machine up to 415 mm in width. 

We can weld aluminum to the 5000 series, such as A5083 and A5052, and we also take on the challenge of difficult-to-weld materials. We have both AC and AD mode TIG, 500W and 300W, and we weld plates up to 6 mm thick.

NC lathes
We can machine materials up to 500 mm long and 200 mm in diameter.
Laser cutting
We can process most metals, so we can also cut difficult-to-cut metals (see Note 1).

We can process workpieces without touching them (because we can process materials without contact with the material), so we can minimize machining scratches and deformation due to pressure (because of the effects of heat). 

There is no need for molds, grinding tools, or other blades, so we can manufacture products within a short lead time and at low cost.

For products that do not need to be precise, even hand-drawn diagrams like sketches can be scanned and digitized to allow the products to be cut.

Even if no drawings are available, we can ask you about your needs and the image you have, and we will prepare drawings, digitize them, and do the cutting.

We can also machine difficult-to-grind thin plates (0.1 mm or more in thickness).
We can machine carbon steel (S45C and SCM440), which is prone to strain.
We can machine class 1, class 2, and 64 titanium.
We can also process A2017 (duralumin) and A7075 (extra-super duralumin).
Only a small heating area is required, so we can process even heat-sensitive metals (copper).
Press brake machining
Iron: We can bend iron materials between 0.8 and 6 mm up to 3 m in length.
Iron: We can bend stainless steel materials between 9 and 12 mm up to 1.5 m in length.
Stainless steel: We can bend materials between 0.8 mm and 3 mm up to 3 m in length.
Stainless steel: We can bend materials between 4 mm and 6 mm up to 2 m in length.
