Cold forging features higher dimensional accuracy and more beautiful surface treatment compared with other forging processes. Cold forging can continuously produce more than 100 pieces per minute with less material loss than machining. The high dimensional accuracy means that cold forging is used to manufacture automotive critical safety parts.
