Ultra-Precision Daimei K.K. 

We perform high-precision grinding and polishing of ultra-large to small, ferrous to nonferrous metals (non-magnetic materials). We can process items from raw materials to finished products.

We perform grinding and polishing for a wide range of products from those smaller than the palm of the hand to those of a maximum of 4,000 mm long and 2,500 mm wide (distance between gates: 3,000 mm). We process materials such as iron in general, plate working products, quenched steel, aluminum, stainless steel, metal, carbide, carbon, ceramic, urethane, resin, stone surface plates (granite), and marble. We also perform polishing after plating, including polishing after hard chrome plating and hard alumite. With regard to precision management, we perform in-house measurement using a three-dimensional measuring machine and run air conditioning equipment 24 hours a day to avoid errors.
