[Company strength]
We manufacture and sell packing for valves and pumps. This includes molding graphite for high-temperature, high-pressure environments as well as molding heat-resistant vermiculite (maximum 1000 °C). We also develop and sell computer software such as production management systems for SME manufacturers, CAD/CAM system-related products for sheet metal working businesses, and IoT products.


[Business description]
Our manufacturing department mainly manufactures molded graphite packings that are used in power stations, so these products are subject to severe requirements. They also mold aircraft parts that make use of the characteristics of graphite. We make molded vermiculite packings that withstand ultra-high-temperature environments of 1000 °C. Our software development department has developed software for manufacturers including CAD/CAM, production control, NC machine, and communication uses. This has allowed them to accumulate extensive know-how. Our company makes the most of these experiences to develop and sell production control systems optimized for an SME’s manufacturing floor.

[Representative's message]
My father raised me by teaching me about the joy of Monozukuri craftsmanship, and the importance of trust and training. I set up this company with a desire to contribute to the manufacturing industry, and above all to create products and services that please customers. My goal was to work together and cooperate in building the organization. Our company has a manufacturing department and software development department. We excel at developing ultra-heat-resistant packings and systems specifically for small-scale manufacturers through the synergy of both departments.

Our company will actively participate in exhibitions to promote our technology and products, and add more content to our website while focusing on feature articles and email newsletters. We regularly hold seminars and send direct mail to disseminate information.
