Our company manufactures and sells cutting tools and edged tools used in factory production, and offers maintenance services. The scope of our work includes articles used in the fields of food, paper processing, synthetic resin, construction material, furniture, housing, non-ferrous metal, and steel. Our customer base includes manufacturers of foods, resin products, custom homes, aluminum sashes, auto parts, and medical parts. Half our sales come from maintenance fees on used items (re-sharpening). We recently developed an original maintenance technology, and started to provide re-sharpening technology that is superior to the original manufacturer, which helps us earn high evaluations from our customers.

Our company provides maintenance services for quite a wide range of cutting tools and edged tools. We started to focus on re-sharpening technology for irregular-pitch metal saws in the metal saw maintenance field. These tools are used for cutting and grooving on steel pipes and difficult-to-cut materials (stainless steel, titanium, and so on). We launched this service after extensive research. It is highly valued by many customers because simple re-sharpening can add amazing cutting performance, by preventing chattering vibration associated with metal saws. Re-sharpening can extend a tool’s service life up to four times, and accelerate feed speed six times, along with productivity. It has also been confirmed that burrs, resistance, and noise from cutting are reduced.

We plan to earn recognition through exhibitions, advertisements in industrial papers, direct mail, and our website. Our website offers a free trial to cultivate markets. The basic flow will be to create a point of contact for potential users (website, direct mail, exhibitions, and so on). We will then provide a free trial service in which the user’s metal saw will be modified to have an irregular pitch. The user will try the irregular-pitch metal saw and evaluate it, then adopt the irregular-pitch metal saw.
