[Company strength]
Our company was established as Kagara Kigata in 1973, and currently operates integrated processing for wooden models (for resin molding), casting, machining, and inspection. Our business mostly involves prototype manufacturing such as prototype auto part casting and prototype medical robot parts. We provide support to top-class manufacturers in new product development. Our fundamental philosophy is to create products of value, and our guiding principle is to create and deliver products of value to the customer. We apply the technologies we have refined in 40 years of operation as we strive to manufacture high-quality products in a short time, at lower cost. 


[Business description]
Our company has departments for wood models (for resin molding), high-precision sand casting, machining, and quality control. We hold a new item order review meeting whenever a new item order is received. Meeting members pursue optimal quality, cost, and delivery while satisfying the customer’s needs. Our high-precision sand casting department has refined the conventional casting method, and realized thin-walled casting (1.5 mm) that was impossible with the previous sand casting method. The appearance (surface) of our castings is also favored by our customers, and you can conduct flow quantity experiments during trial manufacturing, just like die-casting. We take on small lot orders, from single pieces.

Our company started out as a wooden model manufacturer 40 years ago. We now have departments for wooden models (for resin molding), high-precision sand casting, machining, and quality control. We support a wide range of manufacturing processes from new product prototype making to mass production. We will make the most of know-how in wooden models, casting, machining, and inspection, and faithfully satisfy our customers. We plan to actively make use of J-GoodTech and promote the original proposals that only we can make. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company plans to cultivate markets in the Chubu region as well as in the Kanto and Kansai regions. We will set up a sales department under the direct supervision of the president in order to reinforce our organization’s sales functions. We also have an ongoing plan to restructure our organization to better satisfy customer needs together as a team.
