[Company strength]
Our company excels at precision sheet metal working and ultra-high-precision thin sheet processing, including welding. We quickly and securely satisfy customer needs under an integrated system from order reception to production. Our company is equipped with turret punches, laser processing machines, benders, various welding machines, and other equipment. Our stock of equipment includes high-precision punch presses for thin sheet processing, servomotor bending machines, wire EDM machines, and fine hole processing machines. We can make use of our machines to handle sheets from 0.01 mm thick. We process iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper-based alloys, various spring steels, and special steels in precision sheet metal working by cutting and bending. We use turret punching from a thickness of 0.5 mm, MERC from 0.1 mm, laser processing from 0.1 mm, and wire cut EDM from 0.01 mm. We use labor-saving machine racks such as angle bars, pipes, and channels for precision canning processing of iron, stainless steel, and aluminum. We process iron, stainless steel, and aluminum by TIG, CO2, and spot welding. We also process copper-based alloys and carbide by silver alloy brazing.

Our business mainly involves high-mix low-volume production, and we manufacture products from single articles to medium-volume lots depending on the processing content. We have a wealth of dedicated equipment for precision sheet metal working, and particularly to produce small, thin articles. We can satisfy various needs. Our company features thorough quality management with an independent inspection division and delivery date management. We possess welding technology that is highly evaluated by our customers, but we constantly work hard to further improve our skills.
