[Company strength]
Our corporate history began in 1932 with a casting manufacturer at our present location in Kanayamachi, Takaoka City, where the copperware and aluminum ware industry was born. We then started casting artworks with the changing times. We now do business in a wide range of fields, and mainly manufacture copper alloy cast products. We manufacture various nameplates, such as construction ordering party nameplates, registration nameplates, edging nameplates, corporate and sign nameplates, door plates, handprints and footprints, school badges, and direction signs. We also manufacture castings for shrines, temples, and architectural artworks, as well as bronze monuments, statues, and busts, plus reliefs and emblems. Our products include architectural hardware, handrails, and cast mechanical parts.

[Business description]
Our company is a group of craftsmen who have received qualifications and commendations. These include First-Class Metal Melting Technologist, First-Class Casting Technologist, and Excellent Craftsman in a Traditional Craft Industry designation. We received Takaoka Traditional Copperware Craft membership as designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the Health, Labour and Welfare Minister’s Prize as a Traditional Industry Technician. We excel at high-mix low-volume production under a philosophy of careful, high-quality Monozukuri craftsmanship using traditional alloy casting techniques.

[Representative's message]
Our company has been in the casting business for a long time in Takaoka, where the tradition of copperware and aluminum crafts began. It is now becoming important to cultivate new businesses and pass down technologies with the changing times. Our company has a successor (my eldest son), so we think that passing down our technology is possible by further accumulating knowledge and experience. However, we think it is necessary for cultivating new business to make our company and technical power widely known through our website and J-GoodTech for stronger market cultivation.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company used to be a group of craftsmen that only cast high-quality products exactly as ordered by existing customers. We gained a strong desire to have our technical power become widely known by casting unique products rich in design properties. We developed this ambition when we manufactured emblems and ornaments for JR Kyushu tourist trains. It is rather difficult for a small company like us to assign staff to sales. We are thinking of using our website and J-GoodTech to make our company and technical power widely known to designers and architectural offices throughout Japan to satisfy their requests.
