Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.
- Low-priced photocatalytic coating agents the antifungal performance of which is by far strengthened and which can eliminate NOx
Just one process of photocatalytic coating can easily provide various photocatalytic functions for interior/exterior finish materials. Our photocatalytic coating agents are especially perfect for long-lasting "antifungal and sterilization" effects. Other features are that the coating agents do not contain any fungicide and are completely harmless to humans.
For the first time in the industry, we proposed that a combination of photocatalyst with high conductivity and carbon fiber electrodes can be applied to the corrosion proofing of steel structures. Especially, when the combination is applied to reinforced concrete, the adjacent areas of reinforcing bars that became neutralized easily return to an alkaline status, which is their ideal condition.
We developed a baking process which uses our coating agent and which is added as the final process of baking finishing of panels, boards, etc. to easily provide them with photocatalytic effects. We have enabled the production of products with photocatalytic effects thanks to the above baking process, which differs from the conventional processes in that it is far cheaper and easy to manage.
