We have been extending service life and improving quality for many years by welding high-grade alloys as overlay on regions of parts (such as rollers) for steelworks-related equipment that need to be made resistant to corrosion, heat, and wear.

Recently we have been highly praised by our client companies for our application of this technology to machinery, equipment, and many other fields. We particularly excel at high-grade overlay welding of Stellite, along with niobium, Inconel, and so on.
Various kinds of overlay thermal spraying
We have four thermal spraying processes (HP-HVOF thermal spraying, plasma spraying, thermospray thermal spraying, and metallizing thermal spraying). We can perform thermal spraying on most materials, ranging from various metals to ceramics and cermets.

The thermal sprayed coating is 0.2 to 0.3 mm thick (for plating, 0.02 to 0.03 mm), which is about ten times thicker than plating, so please consider thermal spraying if you are having issues with the durability of plating or the like.
Repairs or reconditioning with overlaying
Please consider reconditioning with overlay welding if you are having issues with damaged shafts or worn sealing.

Our thermal spraying can minimize the entry of heat into the base material (thermal effects), resulting in repairs and reconditioning of the base material without bending.
*In the case of repairs by welding, bending will occur.
